  • No entry limit. Hurry ! Giveaway ends 5/1/22 at 11:59PM. US residents only. Winner announced 5/2/22 by email and comment on Facebook and Instagram.
  • To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be U.S. residents who are and existing users of Facebook & Instagram.

  • By entering, entrants represent and warrant (i) that they own the photo/video submitted, and (ii) it does not violate the rights of any third parties.  No lewd, nude, crude, or offensive photographs/videos (as determined by The Vermont Flannel Company in its sole and absolute discretion) will be accepted. The Vermont Flannel Company reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any entry.

  • One winner will be selected from among valid entries. Only one winner will be selected per contest.

  • Each winner will be notified in a private message and public comment.

  • Before claiming the prize, the winner must provide his/her correct name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number to The Vermont Flannel Company at the time of notification.

  • If a winner does not reply or cannot be notified within fourteen (14) days, then the prize will be forfeited, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected from among remaining valid entries.

  • By submitting a photo or video to the contest, the entrant grants in perpetuity to The Vermont Flannel Company the universal, unlimited, and irrevocable right to use, distribute, publish, exhibit, digitize, display, reproduce, or otherwise utilize (or to refrain from utilizing) the entrant’s photograph/video in all manner and media whatsoever in, and in connection with, any and all campaigns and any other productions for any purpose, including advertising, publicity, and trade in any media form, without prior inspection or additional approval, with or without attribution.
